A fairy queen in a world of my own

I wanna be a butterfly

A cold north wind softly blown

I wanna be a goddess

A perfect shape of happiness

I wanna be a child

with no knowledge of past sadness

I wanna be smooth

And I wanna be strong

I wanna be right

And I wanna be wrong

For once I wanna be what I desire

If what I desire I know

Coz if my wishes come true

If I can finally see this through

Maybe I'll find some kind of peace

Or some kind of release

If I stop just wanting to be yours.
