A carne vermelha, aliada ao excesso de açúcar contido no refrigerante acaba por tornar-se uma vilã na busca do bem estar. Por isso, testemunhamos jovens cansados e improdutivos, vitimados por depressão e outros males do século. O futuro depende dos nossos jovens. Se o planeta como um todo não trabalhar no sentido da criação de uma raça digna, que será de nós daqui alguns poucos séculos? O trabalho do mundo inteiro resume-se no esforço individual em busca de uma melhor qualidade de vida. Somos aquilo que ingerimos como alimento. Cada um é responsável por seu bem ou mal estar. Todavia, existe a hierarquia, representada pelos chefes do mundo. Suas medidas e tomadas de decisões podem criar um mundo melhor, se eles realmente quiserem que assim seja.

A obesidade é um problema de grande seriedade. Não precisa ser muito inteligente para constatar que ela está ligada ao lucro. Por mais que criemos programas de emagrecimento para combater as conseqüências, se não atacarmos diretamente suas causas, muito pobres continuarão sendo os resultados, como já está sendo provado. Podemos começar por um controle maior sobre os produtos industrializados. Um dia desses minha mulher entrou em casa com um pacote de leite em pó. Como tenho minha marca exclusiva desse produto, não dei importância até que decidi provar. Estranhei muito o gosto adocicado e percebi algo errado. Ao ler a embalagem, estava lá 'sabor artificial de leite'. Fiquei estarrecido. 'O que estão fazendo com nossa comida!' pensei. Então não é de estranhar pessoas morrendo pela boca a cada segundo; e isto é no mundo inteiro.
