Feels like a terrible joke

Playing with words I can't distinguish

But it's time now I spoke

About my sweet loving valentine

He's far away and I miss his company

But I am so sure he is only mine

And I'm conforted by his sweet memory

I've been glazing and staring

At his big beautiful eyes

Since the beginning of it all

Since it was friendship in disguise

I'd never even thought about it previously

I was so sure about my feelings

Didn't even want to talk so seriously

But it grew larger and stronger

Uncontrollably and accidentally

Love took over and moreover,

Pointed to the one and only

Who would make my dreams come true

I'd never again have to feel lonely

Cuz he was the one who could get through

This huge iron fort I had built to protect me

Never even saw how he'd sweep me off my feet

And actually care for me

The only word I can use to describe

Everything I am feeling to have you by my side

Can't be only thankfulness or gratitude

It's a sentiment of much bigger magnitude

The word 'love' itself is not even good enough

You'll see it for yourself when it's all said and done

I'm going all the way, don't forget it,

Until the ultimate commitment

I'll be yours, that's the predicament

No questions asked about it

No need to ask why

You know it

I love you

Always have

Always will

I'll be yours and you'll be mine

Forever and always
