O Conto do Uirapuru

Baseado num conto Oriental.

Texto tirado do meu livro de poesias “A Flor e o Beija-flor”.

Um jovem acorda no meio de uma floresta. Ele não sabe como foi parar ali. Está perdido. Não sabe que caminho percorrer para sair da floresta e voltar para a civilização. Até que, quando a floresta silencia, o Uirapuru, um pássaro que só canta uma vez por ano, começa a cantar. O Uirapuru só canta quando a floresta silencia. O Uirapuru é nossa consciência, que só desperta quando nossa mente silencia. Ele segue o canto do pássaro e percorre um caminho. No meio do caminho ele encontra uma cabana, e a porta está meio aberta. Começa a chover, e ele não quer se molhar. Então, ele entra na cabana. E nesse lugar tudo está em ordem. O sofá está cuidadosamente no lugar correto. Há um quadro na parede da sala. A cama arrumada. Os objetos da casa estão esteticamente arrumados. As panelas estão guardadas no móvel da cozinha. O rádio está tocando a música, “Dois Barcos” da banda Los Hermanos. Tem chaleira no fogo. Provavelmente, a pessoa que mora ali, vai voltar logo, logo. Ele não vê ninguém, mas sabe que alguém mora ali. Por quê? Por que ele vê tudo organizado, ele vê inteligência ali.

Agora, liberte sua mente e imagine a cabana como se fosse o planeta Terra, a natureza. Todas as coisas do planeta Terra, da natureza, estão colocadas relativamente de modo harmônico como na cabana. A cadeia alimentar funcionando corretamente quando não há interferência do homem. Os rios correndo em direção ao mar. O clico da chuva seguindo seu curso. O planeta Terra na distância certa do Sol dando condições para ter vida no planeta Terra, e etc. Você não vê quem organiza tudo isso, mas sabe que existe um ser inteligente que organiza tudo isso; e esse ser é Deus. Lembre-se: Deus só faz mostrar a porta, mas é você que tem que abri-la.

The Tale of Uirapuru

Based on an Oriental tale.

Text taken from my poetry book “The Flower and the Hummingbird”.

A young man wakes up in the middle of a forest. He doesn't know how he got there. He is lost. He doesn't know which way to go to get out of the forest and back to civilization. Until, when the forest falls silent, the Uirapuru, a bird that only sings once a year, begins to sing. The Uirapuru only sings when the forest is silent. Uirapuru is our consciousness, which only awakens when our mind is silent. He follows the bird song and follows a path. Halfway there he finds a cabin, and the door is half open. It starts to rain, and he doesn't want to get wet. Then he enters the cabin. And in that place everything is in order. The sofa is carefully in the correct place. There is a painting on the living room wall. The bed made. The objects in the house are aesthetically organized. The pans are stored in the kitchen cabinet. The radio is playing the song, “Dois Barcos” by the band Los Hermanos. There's a kettle on the fire. Probably, the person who lives there will come back soon. He doesn't see anyone, but he knows someone lives there. Why? Because he sees everything organized, he sees intelligence there.

Now, free your mind and imagine the cabin as if it were planet Earth, nature. All things on planet Earth, in nature, are placed relatively harmoniously as in the cabin. The food chain functioning correctly when there is no human interference. The rivers running towards the sea. The click of rain following its course. Planet Earth at the right distance from the Sun, providing conditions for life on planet Earth, etc. You don't see who organizes all of this, but you know that there is an intelligent being who organizes all of this; and that being is God. Remember: God only shows you the door, but it is you who has to open it.
