Thoughts of a Poet

THE POET AND THE THINKER

The poet and the thinker,

the thinker and the poet,

walk together,

indivisible,

in the same chest,

in the same mind,

by the same road

of thought.

The poet and the thinker,

the thinker and the poet,

occupy the same room,

even contemplating life

through different windows.

The poet and the thinker

go on since dawn

until twilight,

between poetry and philosophies,

between philosophies and poetry,

always with the same goal

to sing and to explain

your passion for life.

The poet and the thinker,

the thinker and the poet,

even if they are not

be both your goals,

but your gifts,

each other, fit together,

complete each other.

The poet and the thinker,

the thinker and the poet,

analyzing a little bit,

are the same person

following the same path!

***

The best dreams

are not always those

that materialize in our life;

the best dreams are those

that give us the best reasons for living.

***

I write like the one who gives advice

for myself.

***

I am always trying to perfect myself;

I am a constant reviewer of myself.

***

The poetry is the instrument

I use to spread my dreams.

***

The life is a constant teacher

which sometimes gives us hard lessons.

He just does not learn from her who does not.

***

I've run too far behind the wind,

Today I'm trying to show you about it.

made the swallows, the albatrosses.

***

The reading makes new concepts flourish,

new ideas and new attitudes.

***

Reading is to irrigate with knowledge

the gardens of wisdom and creation.

***

Every page we read about a good book

it's like opening a window

to discover a new world.

***

The reading a good book,

besides being an enterprise

for the progress of knowledge,

it is investment without risk of failure.

***

The two main keys to knowledge

is reading and reflection.

The reading is extremely necessary

for those who propose to write.

***

The writer who does not like to read

is doomed to a mediocre literary production.

***

The reading of good books

is what most enriches literary creation.

***

The emergimeno of a good writer

comes from his many readings.

***

There are many forms of reading,

one of them is the observation of life.

***

The more I read, the more I find myself,

the more I know myself and the better i get.

***

When we read we are freed

of our intellectual limitations

to enjoy the wonderful discovery of knowledge.

***

Who pays attention to life

it reads its mysteries.

***

Reading is more than an act of learning...

reading is an act of survival.

***

When we read we discover who we are,

where we came from and where we are going.

***

The reading exercise does very well

intellectual health.

***

To read is to discover what is

behind the written word.

***

Reading a good book

It's like embarking on an expedition.

towards the discovery of knowledge.

***

If the writer were to read more and write less,

their literature would be much deeper.

***

To read is to travel without leaving home,

is to fly on the wings of imagination,

is to grow without changing your height.

***

In the reading exercise

is the good form of knowledge.

***

Who has the stubborn habit of reading

often becomes a good teacher,

a good writer and a good speaker.

***

The voracious reader is a pioneer

of the universe of knowledge.

***

The good reader is the one who feels

hunger and thirst for knowledge.

***

Reading a good book

it's the shortest way

to discover that life is worth it.

***

Usually writes wrong

who is not adept at reading.

***

Who knows how to read and not read

is like who knows how to walk perfectly,

but prefers to ride a wheelchair.

***

Who dedicates the reading

it does not stop to broaden its horizons.

***

The Bible is the only book that teaches us

Who are we, where did we come from,

and where we are going.

***

Who feels hunger and thirst for reading

he does not faint from knowledge.

***

Who much to read

takes away the rust of words.

***

The reading a good book

has the power to transform

our worldview.

***

Reading a bad book

slims our knowledge.

***

We need to do the reading

the main fuel

which fuels our knowledge.

***

I know two ways to feed our spirit...

- One is reading a good book.

and the other: listening to good music.

***

Reading a good book has the power

to resurrect our dreams.

***

A true educator

will never look at his legacy with sadness,

but with the satisfaction of duty fulfilled.

Because he did not hesitate to sow dreams

in the hearts of his students.

***

Educating is just an art

when you educate yourself for life.

***

It is true that education is not learned in school,

but a well educated teacher

serves as an example to his students.

***

The school is responsible

by the student's training

for a successful profession,

but the family is responsible

by the formation of his character.

***

The true educator is that

that besides teaching his discipline,

motivates students to conquer their dreams.

***

Who teaches only by salary

you will never feel pleasure and excitement

to be a true educator.

***

The evil of schools

is that they are full of students

and almost empty of students.

***

Who does not respect the teacher:

forgot your past,

ignores your present

and does not believe in his future.

***

Be beautiful on the outside

and be ugly inside

it is simply

a waste of beauty.

***

The greatest beauties of life

are in the capacity

of loving and dreaming.

***

The Beauty of Attitudes

enchants the eyes of God.

***

The observer of life

when is foolish

becomes a gossip;

when is it wise

learn from the lessons of others.

***

You know why the majority of the poor

Are you happier than the rich?

- because they recognize that their family

is their greatest wealth.

***

The greatest fear of the majority

of millionaires is not death

- It's just getting poor!

***

For the rich who idolizes the money

death is simply getting poor.

***

The poverty of spirit

supplants any poverty.

***

Who trust in God has the riches of faith.

***

The more we read,

the more we learn;

and the more we learn

but we are ready

for the battle of life.

***

Who thinks that studying is a burden

certainly prefer to carry within

the emptiness of ignorance.

***

Who sows love and friendship

plant a patch of happiness.

***

The main food of love is the hope.

***

The poetry

that does not make you think

it is not poetry.

***

I only break the tombstone of silence

when poetry comes to me.

***

I left many years ago

to look for poetry;

today's cultivation

in my own garden.

***

The wise poet

takes the rust out of words

and the clothes

of sunshine and moon.

***

The poetry

is revealed in the between lines

of the poem.

***

The poetry transcends the beletrism of words;

it can manifest itself

in the absolute silence of a look.

***

A body without a soul is a body without life;

so it is a poem without poetry.

***

Where walks the poetry?

I have found it more in nature

than in the verses of the poets.

***

I do not agree that the poet is a preacher.

For me the poet has the mission

to sing the reality of life.

Writing poetry is framing feelings

with the language of the heart.

***

The enchanting of words

has the power to transform them

in poetry.

***

Poetry and philosophy are sisters

which, when united,

they can explain the life

with more beauty!

***

For me the good writer is that

which decomposes the language,

in a singular way,

facilitating the understanding

the complexity of life,

through their literature.

***

A life without surprises

it is a life without poetry.

***

A life without poetry

It's a life without any charm.

***

When nothing surprises us

in life ... - the poetry is over!

***

Only poets have the power to contemplate

poetry gushing out of nowhere.

***

The greatest charm in the world

is the discovery of poetry.

***

The poetry is like a balm

in this world in decay.

***

The wise poet is like the rain

which slowly carving

the face of stones.

***

Poetry always comes out

where we cultivate love.

***

I breathe poetry,

I aspire poetry,

I sweat melody.

***

The seeds of poetry

are the desires of the heart.

***

The poet only gives shape

and sonority to text

who was born in your heart,

full of poetry.

The most beautiful poetry is that

that does not depend on words to exist...

It is the one that exists by itself.

***

If I were not a poet

would be, who knows,

to scandal of the other poets,

"A stone in the middle of the road"!

***

Do not be a poet in the world any more.

The world already has too many poets.

Be yourself, with your unique way of being,

that the readers of good poetry will thank you.

***

When poetry explodes,

it does not cause terror,

does not kill anyone

- is life, splendor,

it is rain of love,

melody of good!

Philosophy, for me, is nothing more

than to write poetry with wisdom.

***

The poet sings the world

while the philosopher questions it.

***

When philosophy and poetry come together,

form a bond of wisdom and beauty!

***

I admire words because they have no body,

has no smell and no color, but some of them can,

besides changing our lives, staying there

in our hearts forever!

***

The life is very beautiful

in order not to let's be poets.

***

No one studies to be a poet,

although the poet studies

to enhance his poetry.

***

I write what pleases my heart.

with the native language of my soul.

***

I do not care if they do not read me;

sometimes we write for posterity.

***

I feel the need to write

how I feel the need to eat,

drink water and breathe.

***

I do not write to please other people,

I write what I can not keep

in my mind and in my heart.

I do not write necessarily to be read,

I write because I feel the need

to give vent to what is no longer

inside my heart.

***

The true poet does not survive by poetry;

survives of dreams.

***

When poetry is silent, the poet is deceived.

***

We can find poetry even on a stone;

but never in a põem bad done.

***

Poetry is the essence of the beautiful.

We can find it both in a bird's nest

how much in architecture

a sumptuous castle.

***

The poetry transcends

the beletrism of words.

***

A text without poetic essence

(even if written in verses)

can have everything but poetry.

***

The good poet is zealous with words,

even when it is silent.

***

There is poetry without a poet,

but there is no poet without poetry.

***

The greatest poet in the world is God,

because there is no more beautiful poetry

than the splendor of nature.

***

The poetry is a secret

which the poet has decided

to reveal to the world.

***

The poetry sometimes finds itself

on a dry leaf that has fallen

of a flowery tree.

***

Writing poems is very easy...

To impregnate them with poetry is difficult!

***

Do not be deceived:

not every poem has poetry

as not all poetry

is necessarily a poem.

***

Being a poet is the most precious of human fools.

The foolish poet walks more worried

with the recognition of his verses

than with the beauty of his poems.

***

If I were not a poet I would be a poet.

***

Inspiration is for the poet

as the rain is to the farmer.

***

The wise poet is never satisfied

with its literary production.

***

When the life of a poet

it becomes poetry, it eternalizes itself!

***

The simple poet need not explain

his poems.

***

The free poet is the one who has freedom

to write in the way that pleases him;

whether it be following the rigor of a sonnet,

or simply by going around

by the way of free poetry,

with its unusual shape

of poetic composition.

***

Usually a poet when he matures

becomes concise in your words

and more restrained in their emotions.

***

The largest university of philosophy in the world

it's life itself!

***

The poet contemplates the drought in the land...

while it rains poetry in your heart.

***

I was not born a poet.

I do not even know if I am truly a poet.

I only know that I love poetry

with the purest love and as intense as it may be.

In fact, I never planned to be a poet...

It was life, with its bitterness and its joys,

who made me this strange being,

made of clay and divine essence.

One day, like any other,

I found myself gathering words,

weaving rhymes, making verses...

I discovered this little creature

Who dreams higher than the clouds.

Yes, I found myself being ridiculous

and, from time to time, charming

which some call Poet.

The fact is that I live impregnated with poetry.

Will I be sick or the healthiest of men?...

What harm is there in singing life?

Dreaming dreams? - I really do not know...

And if I knew it would not make any difference...

For the love I feel for poetry,

this ineffable muse, which causes me so much emotion,

that makes beating stronger and happier my heart,

is something that only God can explain.

I am not a philosopher,

I'm just a propagator

of the things that the life me taught.
